We provided critical insights into topics relevant in the field of HCI. For instance, we provided insights into the logistics, policies, and complexities of offering family services at CHI and to reflect on and offer guidelines and best practices for future ACM conferences. We also offered reflection on the design and use of  HCI frameworks and their impact the community. This position paper allowed the community to step back and think critically about gaps and possible extensions for the framework.

We continuously have ongoing conversations on central topics related to HCI, including graduate school and education.
